What Happens After We Receive a Valid Notice

  • Give them an opportunity to submit a counter-notice if they believe the removal was a mistake

Counter-Notices

If material you posted is removed and you believe it was done in error, you may file a counter-notice containing similar information required for an original notice. We will forward your counter-notice to the original complainant and may restore the material after 10–14 business days unless the copyright owner files a legal action.
